Licensed in both Texas and New York, Melissa Stewart has been representing both lenders and companies in middle market and large syndicated loan transactions and asset-based lending since the inception of her practice. She routinely handles dollar and multicurrency national and international complex corporate financing, including tiered lending, secured transactions, real estate lending, and media and telecom finance. Melissa also has represented many companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions including acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.
