Romina has a broad experience in advising high-net-worth individuals and family enterprises in the field of estate and tax planning, both at the national and international level.

She also assists families to set up a family and corporate governance (advisory board, family forum, family charter, shareholders’ agreement, internal administrative regulations) and to install the right structure for their wealth. Romina is a certified Mediator in Civil and Commercial affairs.

Given her Italian roots, Romina has a substantial network and expertise in cross border taxation between Belgium and Italy.

She is a member of the Estate Planning Skill Group (ESPG) and is the author of various tax articles.
