Advising the majority shareholders (including Farallon, Global Health Investment Fund, Adjuvent Capital, Wellington Partners, Hadean Ventures and Ventech) on the sale of the Austrian biotechnology company Themis to Merck Sharp Dohme.
Advised "Ring" International Holding AG on the acquisition of the Burger King franchise network in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Advising various PE/VC funds (such as Centerbridge, Novalpina, Silverfleet Capital, Ardian, Farallon, Insight Partners, Speedinvest, b-to-v Ventures, Ventech or Wellington Partners), business angels and corporates in PE/VC transactions and early-stage financing rounds.
Advising "Ring" International Holding AG on the investment of GSO, a member of the Blackstone Group, and Templeton Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV and on the subsequent sale of the coatings division (transaction volume: approx. EUR 700m).
Initiator of the BT Nährboden program, an initiative of Brandl Talos, which - very selectively - supports promising start-ups.
