Dr. Medina specializes in foreign investment, corporate law, real estate, and tourism. His legal career began in 1992 as a law clerk at Russin & Vecchi in Washington, DC. Since 1993, he has served as Managing Partner of the Puerto Plata Office of Russin Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti, a leading business law firm in the Dominican Republic.
With extensive experience in foreign investment, contracts, corporate affairs, real estate, tourism, casinos, and tax incentives, Dr. Medina has advised numerous real estate developers and tourism projects in the negotiation of real estate property acquisitions, securing permits for construction and operations.
