Romain advises on the development and financing of projects in the infrastructure and energy fields, such as core infrastructure (highways, airports), conventional energy (including renewables), energy transition (energy, energy efficiency, electrification, new molecules), and transport projects. He has significant experience advising sponsors, lenders, multilateral institutions, and contractors on the development, structuring and financing (including loans, bonds, hybrid and derivatives financings) of major greenfield or brownfield projects in France and internationally.

He also has a strong experience advising on M&A transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
