During his professional career of more than 18 years, Rodrigo has developed his practice areas with a particular emphasis on corporate labor issues, collective bargaining and strategic labor litigation. Rodrigo is the leading partner of the Labour practice in Aninat Abogados since 2020 (before, since year 2008, he was the leading partner of this practice area in Aninat Schwencke & Cía.).

Rodrigo represents important companies in their corporative collective matters during the negotiations of the “minimum services” with the Labour Union and represents important companies in collective bargaining processes, with successful results and with no strikes. The success of the Labour department lead by Rodrigo is because it is a fully specialized area, composed with lawyers dedicated only to the labour practice. Most of the well-known labour areas of our country have their lawyers divided in sub specializations (corporative, labour litigation, collective bargaining processes and migration), but in our law firm we prefer to have fully specialized labour lawyers in every sub matter, decision that have carried excellent results for us, as lawyers with the whole knowledge of the labour matters.
