Rodrigo Lepervanche Rivero is Co-Founder of Victum Legal and leads the firm’s Tax Department. Rodrigo is actively involved in Venezuela’s tax and business community. Through his work with the Asociación Venezolana de Derecho Tributario (AVDT), he contributes to technical and institutional initiatives focused on tax policy, the strengthening of the Venezuelan tax system and the professional development of public and private sector stakeholders.
His current work includes participation in collaborative initiatives involving public authorities, professional associations and academic institutions aimed at strengthening tax administration processes and the training and professional development of public-sector professionals.
He is also a member of the Tax Commission of FEDECÁMARAS and previously served as President of AJE Venezuela in 2024.
Rodrigo serves as an arbitrator at the Caracas Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Centre and CEDCA and is Professor of Tax Law at Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET).

Rodrigo Lepervanche Rivero is Co-Founder and Head of Tax at VICTUM Legal. He has more than 15 years of experience advising local and international clients on complex tax and corporate matters, with a particular focus on tax planning, tax audits and administrative proceedings, international tax structuring, and the tax implications of corporate transactions and investment structures.
His practice combines tax technical expertise with a strong understanding of corporate and business dynamics. Rodrigo regularly advises clients on the tax structuring of acquisitions, reorganisations, investments and cross-border transactions, as well as on international tax planning and the tax considerations arising in venture capital and other investment-related matters. His work also includes ongoing strategic tax advice to companies operating in highly regulated and evolving business environments.
Before co-founding VICTUM Legal, Rodrigo was a Senior Tax and Legal Manager at EY Venezuela, where he advised local companies and multinational groups on a broad range of tax and corporate matters.
