Rodrigo represents clients in consultative and litigious tax matters across all governmental spheres (federal, state, and municipal). He acts before the main administrative and judicial courts in the country in relevant disputes with tax authorities. He provides consultancy on customs matters related to the taxation of the oil and gas industry, with expertise in special tax regimes, and works on projects involving the obtainment of tax benefits, recovery of tax credits, and the analysis of efficient tax structures.

He advises clients from various sectors, such as oil and gas, retail, shipping, electricity and highway concessionaires, industries, and service providers in health, education, and construction.
