Tania advises clients from several industries on intellectual property, technology and data protection matters. Qualified to practice law in Brazil and New York, she coordinates multi-jurisdictional deals for lawyers and clients from different countries, especially the USA.

She has experience in contract negotiations, developing privacy and artificial intelligence governance programmes, managing incidents related to personal data and managing intellectual property assets. She worked for many years with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and contract law, and can move easily through all these areas of law.
