Rocco Rigozzi's practice focuses on real estate, M&A and corporate law. He specializes in real estate transactions of all types, including asset deals, share deals, large-scale portfolio transactions and real estate related M&A-transactions. He has special experience in the field of the Swiss legislation on acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (Lex Koller) and the associated restrictions for international investors. Tenancy law and environmental law form also part of his practice.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and expertise in M&A, corporate, and accounting law, he advises clients on all types of corporate restructurings and reorganizations, carve-out transactions, company formations, shareholders' agreements, distributions, as well as capital increases and reductions.

Finally, over the past several years, he has gained extensive experience in investment fund matters, with a particular focus on structuring real estate investment funds.
