Cesare Jermini has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, as well as court litigation.
Cesare is often appointed as chairman, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, conducted e.g. under the ICC Rules, Swiss Rules, Rules of the Camera Arbitrale Milano. He regularly acts as a party counsel in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as before state Courts (in civil, criminal and administrative matters). He also advises clients in commercial and company law, private international law, joint ventures, transportation, labour, administrative, real estate and inheritance law.
