Robin Rylander is specialised in dispute resolution, with particular experience from commercial arbitration and investment treaty matters. He has acted as counsel in disputes in a wide range of areas and industry sectors, such as telecom, share purchases, licensing, joint ventures, construction, energy, and supply of gas and nuclear fuel. Robin has acted in commercial arbitrations under the rules of the SCC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and FAI, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Robin has considerable experience as counsel in investment disputes under bilateral investment treaties, the Energy Charter Treaty and the ICSID Convention. He also regularly represents clients before the Swedish courts.
