Career

He is a specialist in civil and comercial matters. In the last few years, he has focused his professional development in the insurance, commercial and civil contracting in general and in litigations, arbitrations and legal opinion. In academia, he Works as a professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile at both the under graduate and post graduate levels. Additionally, he holds the position as Director of the Insurance Center UC. He is the President of cientific commite of the Chilean magazine on Insurance Law and is the President of the Board of the Centro de Arbitraje y Medicación de Seguros y Reaseguros (The Center of Arbitrage and Mediation of Insurance and Reinsurance, ARIASLATAM).
