Career

Carlos Molina Zaldívar, founding partner of Molina Ríos Abogados, has developed his professional practice with particular emphasis on litigation related to commercial law, having participated in major arbitrations, litigation, claims and negotiations, both domestic and international, especially in matters of construction and concessions of public works related to airports, highways, reservoirs, gas pipelines, railway constructions and public buildings. He has also participated in complex litigation and negotiations in insurance matters, referring to risks contained in all-risk construction, civil liability, surety, national and international credit, life, fidelity, as well as reinsurance and intermediation between insurance brokers and/or agents. He has also participated in important international arbitrations in the field of air law.
