Roberto Muñoz

Roberto Muñoz represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings concerning Spanish and cross-border disputes.

Roberto draws on his global perspective and business-oriented approach to represent Spanish and international clients in their highest stakes litigation at all levels of the Spanish courts and in arbitrations conducted under the main institutional arbitration rules, including ICC, CIMA, CAM, TAM, SCC, and NAI. He regularly helps clients navigate disputes involving:
