He regularly advises investment banks and financial institutions, private equity firms, credit funds, real estate funds and multinationals on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters. He provides tax law advice mainly in respect of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, corporate reorganisations, structured finance transactions, securitisations, financings, as well as distressed and non-distressed real estate transactions.
