An experienced trial lawyer, plaintiffs and defendants call on Rob for complex oil and gas litigation. He brings a strategic approach and industry knowledge to his clients’ high-stakes disputes. He represents clients in lease termination suits, contract interpretation issues, royalty disputes, surface-use disputes, and a variety of other oil & gas lawsuits. He has tried 18 cases to verdict and his clients ultimately prevailed in all. This includes victories as lead counsel for the plaintiff in a significant lease termination trial in June 2021, Centralia Permian v. Pioneer, and as lead for a defendant oil company and its equity provider sued for over $20 million in March 2022, Buffy Energy v. Roxo Energy, et al. Rob also has experience in commercial litigation in other industries.
