Robert M. "Bob" Evans, Jr. represents his clients in complex intellectual property (IP) disputes in federal courts throughout the U.S. Bob's experience working with nearly every major business center nationwide affords him the knowledge, background, and exposure to provide his clients with tactical, pragmatic advice to successfully resolve these complex IP disputes.

Bob represents clients in the full range of dispute resolution venues, from direct negotiations to mediations and arbitrations to bench and jury trials. He also handles post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent Trial and Appeals Board (USPTO). In addition to winning jury verdicts in highstakes patent litigation, Bob has significant appellate experience and has won summary judgment in complex patent cases in which the plaintiff demanded tens and hundreds of millions of dollars.
