Robert Jean Kloprogge

Robert Jean is a partner in the financial markets group in Amsterdam who specialises in international tax law. He is typically engaged by asset managers, investment funds and financial institutions to provide them with tax advice on fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, share and debt issuances, banking and finance transactions and structured finance transactions. He also acts on behalf of these parties in Tax investigations and litigations. Having worked and lived in Amsterdam, Luxembourg and New York, Robert Jean has an international perspective.
