Career
Bob assists his clients with transforming development plans into brick and mortar. For over two decades, he has guided developers, property owners, and businesses through the spectrum of land use, zoning, and environmental processes across New Jersey. His experience includes diverse projects such as self-storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities; healthcare facilities; food production operations; resource extraction; energy and grid resiliency projects; residential subdivisions; retail centers; retail cannabis; manufacturing and entertainment facilities; day care centers; and religious facilities. His environmental experience including matters involving CAFRA, Waterfront Development and Pinelands Commission review. Eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases, he secured multimillion-dollar recoveries for property owners and helped clients realize the full value of their land. When disputes arise, Bob draws on his extensive experience and the firm’s litigation capabilities, when necessary, to resolve matters efficiently, through negotiation, mediation, litigation or appeal.
