Career

Lauren’s real estate and finance practice includes handling multi-asset portfolio sales and acquisitions, sophisticated multifamily transactions, and representing borrowers in a variety of financings. She works frequently with private equity groups, national multifamily property owners, and regional shopping center owners and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings that exceed tens of millions of dollars. Her experience includes negotiating loan documents, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt, managing complex due diligence projects, coordinating refinancings on short timetables, and structuring 1031-driven sales and purchases. She is skilled at harmonizing the demands of lenders, investors, and business owners so that transactions keep momentum and progress to closing timely.
