Acted for PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk in a Rp1.65 trillion multi-leg transactions (two series of Rp750 billion and Rp900 billion) involving the acquisition of sukuk issued by PT Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk and the disposal of non-performing loan portfolio to a Variable Capital Company (VCC) in Singapore.

Acted for Citibank N.A., Indonesia as creditor in the bankruptcy of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk and other entities within the Sritex Group.

Acted for PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in a USD516 million financing to PT Nations Natuna Barat, a subsidiary of the Arsari Group, for the acquisition of a majority participating interest in the Duyung PSC.

Acted for PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in a Rp3.68 trillion financing (covering both conventional credit and sharia facilities) to PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia for the procurement of new train sets.

Acted for PT Pertamina International Shipping, a subsidiary of the Pertamina Group, in a USD194 million al-ijarah al-muntahiyah bi at-tamlik facility from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) for the procurement of handysize LPG carrier vessels and medium-range tanker vessels.
