Richard Buchanan is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at the National Basketball Association. He oversees all of the NBA's legal matters, including collective bargaining agreements, litigation and investigations. Most recently, Buchanan played a key role in the organisation agreeing a 11-year, $76 billion dollar media deal.
