Richard is a partner in Hunters' Family Law team and heads up the firm's Dispute Resolution group.
He specialises in HNW and UHNW financial claims. He is regularly instructed in cases with a private equity element. He has a particular interest in trusts, and has a complementary contentious trust and estate practice. He regularly advises on nuptial agreements where the assets are complex or high value.
He has acted in several of the highest value cases in the High Court in the last three years.
Richard was awarded an English Speaking Union scholarship to study at Kent School in the USA and subsequently graduated from Durham University. He became a partner at Hunters in 2006.
Richard is a member of Resolution.
Richard writes regularly. His articles and commentary have featured in the FT, The Times, New Law Journal and Wealth Briefing.
