Frequently appears in Court of Appeal, Admin/Planning Court and Upper Tribunal. Recent work includes DCOs, TWAOs, CPOs, flood defences, railways, airports, highways, ports and energy developments. Environmental work includes ESG litigation, climate change, emissions trading, environmental assessment, contaminated land, and protected habitats and species. Acts as party representative in mediation and sits as an arbitrator.
