Richard is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. He specialises in downstream corporate advisory work and related financings. His achievements include working with Carlyle, KKR, OMERS, Cinven and ABRY Partners on numerous high profile acquisitions and disposals.
Richard was admitted as an English solicitor in September 2006 after training with Ogier, having joined the firm directly following his legal studies in September 2004.
Richard received an LLB from University of Durham in 2003 and was awarded his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction in 2004.
