Ricardo Maia Magalhães joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2023, where he works in the Public Law area.
He graduated in Law from the Law School of the University of Porto and completed his Master's Degree in Administrative Law at the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University - Porto Regional Center. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Legal and Public Sciences at the Law School of the University of Minho.
He started his professional career at Pacheco de Amorim, Miranda Blom e Associados, S.P., R.L., where he was partner in charge of the Public Procurement and Local Authorities Department (2019-2023).
He is a visiting professor at ISCTE - Executive Education, and also a speaker in several conferences, trainings and sessions in specialty Master's and Postgraduate programs.
He is an associate of the Administrative Law Association (ADA) and is a member of the Public Procurement Committee.
He is the author of several publications on topics related to Public Law, with special emphasis on Public Procurement.
