Personal
Pedro Marinho Falcão is a founding partner of Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão and is recognised by the Portuguese Bar Association as a Specialist Lawyer in Tax Law.
Graduated in Law at Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University, Pedro Marinho Falcão holds a Master in Tax Law from the same University, specialising in Legal and Business Sciences, having presented the thesis “The Principle of Prohibition of the Defenceless and the Taxation of Manifestations of Fortune”.
He is an Assistant Lecturer of Tax Law I and Tax Law II at Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University, a Lecturer in the Master's in Taxation at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave, and collaborates with the Training and Traineeship Center of the Portuguese Bar Association.
He assumed the position of President of the National Committee of Training and Traineeship of the Bar Association and was a Member of the Porto District Council of the Bar Association.
