A Managing Partner of B&S Law Firm, he has been working for almost 30 years in the areas of Contracts, Corporate, and Regulatory Law. His name is a reference in the area of Aviation according to the main international publications of evaluation of professional performance. At the invitation of the Brazilian Federal Senate, he participated in the committee to prepare the draft of the new Brazilian Aeronautics Code. Gives lectures in Brazil and abroad on various topics, especially on Consumer Law and Aviation. He was Professor of Commercial Law of several Preparatory Courses for Public Contests for more than 13 years. He was also an Assistant Professor of the Postgraduate Course at PUC/SP in the area of Commercial Law.
