Renato Mandaliti majored in law in 1991 and earned an MBA degree in Insurance and Risk Management by the University of Wisconsin – Madison, in 2000. After an 18-year career focused on insurance and reinsurance at a renowned international law firm, Mr. Mandaliti joined Mandaliti, where he is the Senior Partner responsible for insurance, reinsurance, health plans and pension funds, as well as CEO and a board member. He continues to be featured on all major international legal publications as an insurance and reinsurance specialist. Mr. Mandaliti has established a valuable legal career in Brazil, where he has maintained lasting relationships with prominent clients.

Furthermore, Mr. Mandaliti has been on the forefront of any and all discussions regarding the future of the legal profession, including the intense emergence of legaltechs and lawtechs, as well as the impact of Artificial Intelligence within the legal field. Where and how law firms and legal departments will work, and key skills needed for the attorney of the future are part of a constant agenda and collaboration between Mr. Mandaliti and several universities (including Fordham University School of Law in New York and the law department of Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo).
