He has represented creditors in general, debtors in debt restructurings and extrajudicial recoveries and investors (such as strategic, local and international hedge funds and private equity investors). He has provided legal assistance to companies, banks, investment funds and investors in structured and complex corporate finance transactions, local and cross border, including syndicated loans, asset-based finance transactions, securitization transactions and trading of credit portfolios (including non-performing). He conducted important M&A transactions involving financial and non-financial institutions. He also advise clients on regulatory matters related to banking, finance and capital market regulation.
