Reginald Sainvil is a member of Moore & Van Allen's Financial Restructuring Practice. He regularly represents corporate debtors, financial institutions, indenture trustees, investors, and secured and unsecured creditors in domestic and international corporate restructurings, liquidations, and distressed financings and acquisitions.
Reginald has broad advisory and litigation experience with complex issues that arise in reorganizations, restructurings, receiverships, workouts, liquidations, and distressed acquisitions and sales, in both domestic and cross-border situations and proceedings. He defends creditors in bankruptcy-related contested matters and adversary proceedings, including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. He also handles complex commercial litigation issues arising from business disputes, advises parties to financial contracts regarding safe harbor protections, and provides strategic advice on the optimum structuring of transactions.
