Rebecca often advises directors on the impact of insolvency prior to formal proceedings being commenced. She also provides support to clients navigating situations where proceedings have been issued and acts for creditors, business owners, debtors and insolvency practitioners.

She has significant experience in assisting clients within the retail & hospitality sector on complex corporate restructures.
