I focus my practice on advising clients in their transactional needs, including purchasing and leasing real estate, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions in numerous industry sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, private schools, construction, software and professional services, among others. I regularly advise companies and commercial financial institutions in complex business finance deals, including bond financings, asset-based lending and private placement offerings.
I assist businesses from start to finish, beginning with the formation process, continuing with the legal issues that arise during business operations, and ending with the development and implementation of an exit strategy.

When not at work, I can usually be found spending time with my family. I’m an avid hiker, having completed the NH 48 4,000 footers and many other hikes, and I tend to travel to places with great hiking trails nearby.
