Ray Schrock, Global Chair of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice, represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, creditors, and other clients in complex liability management transactions and complex international and US restructuring matters.

Ray advises leading public companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, portfolio companies, and creditors on matters across multiple sectors in complex liability management transactions and restructurings. He has led some of the world’s most novel and complex liability management transactions and complex restructurings.

Before joining Latham, Ray was a global management committee member and restructuring department co-chair at another leading global law firm.
