Randy Light has been involved in multiple high-profile development projects, including being responsible for the real estate issues in the development and financing of a wind-powered electric generating facility in Grant County, West Virginia. The "wind farm" required leases and easements from more than 40 landowners and financing in excess of $300,000,000.00. He works with lenders and borrowers in structuring and collateralization of commercial loans as well as commercial, corporate, real estate, energy, and natural resources law. Randy advises clients about commercial and mineral property transactions and the formation, capitalization, operation, and management of their commercial enterprises.
