He advises all types of relevant players in these fields. He has extensive experience in public procurement and public contracts, advisory practice, dispute resolution and arbitration, as well as administrative proceedings before Courts of Accounts and regulatory authorities.
Career
Rafael Wallbach Schwind is a lawyer, legal consultant, arbitrator and Senior Partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Federal of São Paulo (USP) and was a visiting scholar at the University of Nottingham. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb). With extensive experience in civil litigation and arbitration, he represents the interests of companies and corporations across a wide range of economic sectors. He is also listed as an arbitrator on the rosters of several arbitration institutions in Brazil. Schwind also maintains an active academic career, serving as a guest lecturer at various academic institutions and authoring books, collective works, and articles in his fields of practice and research.
