Career
Rafael is one of the founders of RMM Advogados. He has been practising in the area of public and administrative law for more than 20 years.
Rafael holds a PhD and a master’s degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM).
He is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law of UFRGS’ Department of Public Law and Philosophy of Law and a Professor of Administrative Law in the State Laws Specialization course of the Graduate studies program in Law (master’s degree and PhD) also from UFRGS.
He served as Deputy Judge of the Regional Electoral Court of Rio Grande do Sul from 2016 to 2018 and was re- elected from 2018 to 2020.
