Career
Eugênio is one of the managing partners of the firm. He has almost 20 years of expertise and his previous experience includes working at his own firm, and also in one of the largest firms in Brazil (Veirano Advogados).
He holds a post-doctorate degree in Labour Law from Universidad de Sevilla (Spain), and PhD and Masters’ degrees from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS). He is also a professor of Labour Law at PUC-RS and serves as a member of the Academia Sul-Rio-Grandense de Direito do Trabalho.
He is author and co-author of various books and articles, including "Direito à privacidade e poder diretivo do empregador: o uso do e-mail no trabalho" (Editora Atlas), "Manual de Prática Trabalhista" (Editora Verbo Jurídico), and "Direito e Processo do Trabalho" (Editora Sapiens).
He is the current president of the Associação dos Advogados Trabalhistas de Empresas no Rio Grande do Sul (SATERGS and serves as a member of the Consulting Board of the Associação Brasileira de Advogados Trabalhistas (ABRAT) and of the editorial board of the Justiça do Trabalho magazine (HS Editora).
