Rachana (“Radha”) Pathak is a partner at Stris. She represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes trial and appellate matters, including before the U.S. Supreme Court where she has litigated over a dozen cases on the merits.
A nationally recognized ERISA expert, Radha is regularly asked to speak and write about pension and healthcare litigation and regulation. Radha is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Rights Center, a prominent nonprofit consumer organization committed to protecting and promoting the retirement security of American workers, retirees, and their families. She also serves on the Amicus Brief Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Radha served as an Associate Dean of Student & Alumni Engagement, tenured Associate Professor of Law, and Director of the Institute for Trial and Appellate Practice at Whittier Law School. She began her career, over two decades ago, as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Raymond C. Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
