Elizabeth Brannen is the Managing Partner of Stris & Maher LLP. Under her leadership the firm has achieved widespread recognition as one of the nation’s preeminent litigation boutiques. Stris is based in Los Angeles and handles complex, high-stakes, and high-profile business disputes throughout the country. In addition to serving as its chief executive, Liz maintains an active litigation practice and leads the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice. She has tried high-stakes business cases to judgment and obtained countless successes for clients at the trial and appellate levels. She has achieved significant victories for global technology leaders, including in patent cases before the District of Delaware, Southern District of New York, Western District of Texas, and Federal Circuit, where she began her career two-plus decades ago as a clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa.
