Rachel Stanton

Rachel is Country Head for Ireland, leading the management and strategic growth of the firm’s Irish office.

She is a finance partner with over 20 years experience advising on all aspects of debt finance and structured finance transactions.

She has advised Irish banks, financial institutions, funds and corporates as well as international financial institutions, private equity houses and funds operating within the Irish market.

Prior to joining us Rachel was a partner with a top five Irish law firm where she was head of the Banking team. She also spent time in a large London law firm and the legal team of an Irish credit institution.

Rachel was named on the elite list of IFLR1000 Women Leaders in 2021. The list features 750 of the most prominent female lawyers in financial and corporate transactions and contract, licencing and regulatory project work within their jurisdictions.
