She is valued for her personal, supportive and pragmatic approach and she works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for her clients. She often deals with complex financial matters many of which involve business interests and pensions. Rachel has also represented clients in the High Court.
Rachel is a Director in our Horsham team. She joined Family Law Partners in 2019 from a specialist family practice and top tier law firm.
A member of Resolution, Rachel is committed to working in a solution focussed, practical and amicable way wherever possible, adopting all forms of dispute resolution whilst recognising that some cases require resolution through the court/arbitration.
