Rachael Bassil

Rachael co-leads our Corporate Advisory group and is a member of our board. She works with private capital sponsors, listed companies and corporates on acquisitions, exits and transformational M&A. Rachael works closely with private capital sponsors at every stage of their investments including private acquisitions, partnering with founders, public-to-private transactions by way of scheme or takeover, bolt-on acquisitions and exits including managing auction processes and IPOs.

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and advising on securities law and listing rules matters generally.
