Having practised antitrust in New York, she brings a breadth and depth of perspectives to her advice, which spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on multijurisdictional and financial services matters, technology platforms, and agriculture and manufacturing. Recently, Elizabeth has advised on the ACCC Inquiry into Residential Mortgage Pricing. Elizabeth is representing K-Line in the first criminal cartel prosecutions in Australia.

Career

Master of Laws, New York University, where she won the antitrust prize; holds a BA and LLB (Honours), the University of Sydney. Prior to Gilbert + Tobin, was an antitrust associate of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York.
