Having practised antitrust in New York, she brings a breadth and depth of perspectives to her advice, which spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on multijurisdictional and financial services matters, technology platforms, and agriculture and manufacturing. Recently, Elizabeth has advised on the ACCC Inquiry into Residential Mortgage Pricing. Elizabeth is representing K-Line in the first criminal cartel prosecutions in Australia.
