Todd Creer is a partner at Kamer Zucker Abbott and has been with the firm for nearly 20 years. Todd represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and takes a lead role in guiding clients through the development of employment policies and responding to labor and employment charges and complaints. Todd has litigated before Nevada’s state and federal courts, including successfully defending an employer in a complex multi-employee action filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and representing employers in class and collective wage and hour litigation. In 2024, Todd obtained a defense verdict for a public employer in a federal jury trial regarding retaliation. Additionally, he has garnered considerable experience in labor negotiations and arbitrations.
