Przemysław Furmaga focuses his practice on supporting clients in M&A transactions, both on the buy- and sell-side, also including PE/VC. With more than 20 years of experience, gained mainly at one of the largest Polish law firms, he provides advice at all transactional stages and has coordinated various legal streams, often in multi-jurisdictional transactions. He helps clients find targets or investors, match deals, prepare management buyouts (MBO), resolve corporate disputes and ensure a smooth transactional process. He works with international and Polish corporations, PE and VC funds, as well as with HNW private clients. He is a go-to Polish lawyer for advising Polish companies on their expansion abroad via M&A deals (e.g. in Germany, Italy, the UK, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Hungary), coordinating all transactional work-streams in complex cross-border transactions. On a regular basis he advises on settling shareholder disputes.
