Career

Giuseppe is a Partner in the Employment Group and he is Responsible for the Employment Department in Italy.

Giuseppe has been working in the area of labour law and labour relations for more than 25 years.

His experience across the various areas of labour and trade union law ranges from managing litigation on individual and collective dismissals, to secondments and suspensions of employment, to litigation on classification and change of employees’ duties, disciplinary procedures, breaches of non-compete clauses and solicitation of employees. Giuseppe has acquired significant experience in reduction in workforce procedures and transfers of businesses, including within the context of M&A deals.

He has a proven track-record in agency matters, both in-court and out-of-court.

Giuseppe has a significant experience in negotiating and drafting collective company agreements, including matters governed by imperative legal provisions. He also handles civil service matters, with a specialization in labour disputes involving local government agencies and schools.

Professional Memberships

Giuseppe was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 1996, and has held rights of audience/representation before the Italian High Court since 2009.

Giuseppe is a member of AGI, the Italian Labour Lawyers Association, and of EELA, the European Employment Lawyers Association.
