Prateek is an English Barrister who specializes in international disputes. He holds an LL.M in International Disputes Settlement from MIDS, a course jointly organized by University of Geneva and Graduate Institute. Prateek has rights of audience before the courts in India, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), and the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC). He has also been admitted to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre’s panel of arbitrators.

He specializes in advising energy & resources, construction & infrastructure, shipping & trade companies and institutional investors in shareholder and joint venture disputes, operational disputes and sovereign disputes.

His ranges of experience include advising clients in international commercial arbitrations under various rules like ICC, SIAC, LCIA, DIAC, TAI, JAMS, ICDR, FCC and UNCITRAL; in investment and tax treaty disputes; and in cross-border disputes across the globe. He is regularly instructed in big ticket multi-jurisdictional enforcement and debt recovery project.

He has a passion for advising on law of radical technologies and businesses.
