Polly Glynn is Managing Partner. Her work is predominantly focused on challenging failures of public bodies, and she has recently been involved in a systemic challenge around the provision of section 4 accommodation to migrants. She is currently instructed on the WASPI (Women Against State Pension Inequality) campaign and is representing clients challenging the Child Maintenance Service. She set up and runs the firm’s PAP (Pre-action Protocol) Project which aims to spread the understanding of public law and human rights in communities through front line organisations preparing formal legal letters challenging unlawful decisions made around destitution.
